The Village welcome Shine Restaurant & Potion Bar

The Village is thrilled to welcome Shine Restaurant & Potion Bar. Owned by longtime Boulder entrepreneur triplets Jill, Jessica and Jennifer Emich, Shine has an established following eager to experience its latest evolution and new location at 2480 Canyon Boulevard, near the corner of Folsom and Canyon.

Shine Restaurant & Potion Bar is a place for locals, travelers, family and friends to congregate, celebrate and create community through luscious health-giving food and hand-crafted herbal potions that are sourced responsibly and sustainably.

Founded by “The Blissful Sisters”—triplets Jill, Jessica and Jennifer Emich, formerly of the acclaimed restaurant Trilogy Wine Bar & Lounge, Shine Restaurant & Gathering Place and Shine Brewing Co—this new transformation of Shine was inspired by their desire to continue to keep the community alive and thriving by being really true to their passion of nourishing people from the inside out.

Shine Restaurant & Potion Bar serves food that is sourced from local farmers, grown organically and prepared holistically. According to founder Jill Emich. “Every bite of food, sip of potion, and action of service from Shine vibrates with energy and well-being.”

Shine serves up plates for the carnivore, vegan, vegetarian, and paleo way of eating. The food is farm-to-table comfort food with 100 percent grass fed meats and wild seafood in a 100% Gluten-Free and GMO-Free kitchen. Everything is made in-house, including breads, sauces, dressings, juices, broths and desserts.

They also offer a Potion Bar featuring Shine Potions, which are “enchanted beverages” intended to be playfully transformative. Through a harmony of nourishing adaptogenic herbs, vibrational essences, sound-frequencies and more, each potion is tuned to a specific intention. Shine Potions include Owl Eyes, Fairy Bubbles, and Three Laughing Monks, all of which are created and served on-site and sold in select retailers along the Front Range.

“We aim for Shine Restaurant & Potion Bar to be an extraordinary experience that touches people’s lives, nourishes patrons from the inside out, and raises the vibration of this community and in turn the world all while sustaining a profitable business,” Jill added. “We are on a mission to help our customers truly shine from within.”
